Identifies root cause, evaluates impacts and develops solutions for process breakdowns coaches and educates management & HR partners on policies, practices, and processes.Helps ensure complete protection of employee data through the adherence of state and federal regulations.Partners with HR Workforce Compliance team members to provide support within the Leave and Workforce Compliance team.Ensures process documentation is accurate and updated appropriately (ex: LWIs).Works efficiently and is responsible for achieving Service Level Agreement (SLA) and other defined metrics.Conducts audits and reviews/runs reports based on specific requirements (i.e.Demonstrates strong knowledge of customer service protocols and empathy for the personal circumstances of employees.Collaborate with external Financial and Health & Welfare vendors to resolve employee inquires and escalations.The Senior Specialist has primary accountability for providing guidance, leadership, and education around US/Puerto Rico benefits inquiries responsible for responding to and supporting the resolution of inquiries from employees, managers, other HR teams, and the rest of the myHR Service Center.Acts as escalation point for employee inquiries not resolved by our benefits vendors. Primary areas of responsibility: Subject Matter Expertise (SME) regarding benefits policies and practices.
